1. What We Do and How We Do It
HB is a 100% digital operation. We strongly prefer all orders to be placed online for drive-in or pick-up. This helps us manage preparation, maintain consistency, and deliver products at their best.
That said, if you insist on walking up, we'll take your order. But know this: our parking lot is reserved for first-time guests, technophobes, and the occasional luddite who refuses to engage with modern technology. If that's not you, we kindly ask that you order ahead—because it saves us time and ensures your product is as fresh as possible.
Why does this matter? Because we're not fast food. We're not built to handle a rush of last-minute decisions without it affecting quality. Every order is made with intention, and when you order in advance, we can focus on what we do best—making it perfect.
2. Pick-Up Expectations
Stick to Your Pick-Up Time: Arriving early does not mean your order will be ready sooner. It disrupts our process and can impact the quality of your product. Your order is prepared to be at its best at the designated time.
If You're Late: Your order will be stored appropriately until you arrive. We take care to ensure quality even after the scheduled time, but we recommend arriving as close to your scheduled time as possible. When you arrive, pull into the designated pick-up area and provide your name. That's it. We'll take care of the rest.
3. Our Commitment to Quality
We are dedicated to the highest standards in our products. We prioritize organic and local ingredients whenever possible, but availability and seasonal changes can affect sourcing.
If something doesn't meet your expectations, let us know immediately. Send an email to juice@hbbev.co with your name, order details, and the issue. We take feedback seriously and will address concerns with the same attention we give to every product.
That said, we stand behind our process. We don't cut corners, and we're confident in the quality we deliver.
4. Orders, Payments, and Terms
Final Sales: All sales are final. Our products are made fresh to order. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and yes—cash.
Gratuity: A gratuity may be added before you arrive, but it's there—we handle every detail so your experience is seamless. That said, if you'd prefer to give less or none at all, that's your choice. We'd rather have you here than think you have to tip. We'll get ours—it all comes out in the wash.
5. Cancellations and Unclaimed Orders
Before confirming your order, review it carefully to ensure accuracy.
Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Unclaimed Orders: If an order is not picked up, it will not be refunded or replaced. Our products are made specifically for you, and we cannot repurpose or resell them.
If we need to cancel an order on our end due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you promptly to provide a solution.
6. Responsibility and Liability
HB Beverage Co. is responsible for preparing and delivering your order as specified. Beyond that, our responsibility does not extend to situations outside our control.
We are not liable for: technical issues related to your device, internet connection, or payment processing; data or messaging charges incurred through communications with us; missed pick-up times; or allergic reactions. It is your responsibility to review ingredient information and notify us of any dietary restrictions prior to ordering.
By using our services, you acknowledge these terms and agree to hold HB Beverage Co. harmless from claims arising from circumstances beyond our control.
7. Privacy
We take privacy seriously and understand the importance of discretion. We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you effectively. This includes your name, contact details, and payment information.
Payment transactions are processed securely through Square, and we do not store sensitive payment information. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the property of HB Beverage Co. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our explicit written permission.
If you share content featuring HB on social media, we may repost or feature it, giving proper credit. If you prefer we not use your content, please let us know.
